Alignment based asana specializing in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Teaching weekly classes around Austin for over 4 years and teaching nationally across the states, these yoga classes are always a combination of body awareness, meditation and sacred movement.
Rest + Restore: yin + restorative
Elongated moments, full breaths, Yin + Restorative yoga rooted in intuitive healing and opening the door for you to have an authentic somatic experience. Meditation to center the soul and return back to mindfulness as a resource. Breath work along with bodywork to activate the spirit and bring us back to our Truth.
Prepare: Prenatal + Postnatal yoga
Set the stage for a conscious and mindful pregnancy as you develop a personal practice and prepare your physical body for the journey of labor. Find your community and lean into your support as you navigate pregnancy and postpartum.
